1 A Sound Church Titus 2:1-8

2 Titus 1:5 (NKJV) 5 For this reason I left you in Crete, that you should set in order the things that are lacking, and appoint elders in every city as I commanded you— Titus 1:13 (NKJV) 13 This testimony is true. Therefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith,

3 Titus 2:1 (NKJV) 1 But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine

4 Titus 2:15 (NKJV) 15 Speak these things, exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise you. 1 Peter 3:15 (NKJV) 15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear;

5 Titus 2:2 (NKJV) 2 that the older men be sober, reverent, temperate, sound in faith, in love, in patience

6 Titus 2:3 (KJV) 3 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things — 4 that they admonish the young women

7 Titus 2: 4-5 (NKJV) 4 that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed.

8 Titus 2:6-8 (NKJV) 6 Likewise, exhort the young men to be sober- minded, 7 in all things showing yourself to be a pattern of good works; in doctrine showing integrity, reverence, incorruptibility, 8 sound speech that cannot be condemned, that one who is an opponent may be ashamed, having nothing evil to say of you.

9 2 Corinthians 13:5 (NKJV) 5 Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.

10 What if? Genesis 6:14-16 (NKJV)
14 Make yourself an ark of gopherwood; make rooms in the ark, and cover it inside and outside with pitch. 15 And this is how you shall make it: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, its width fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits You shall make a window for the ark, and you shall finish it to a cubit from above; and set the door of the ark in its side. You shall make it with lower, second, and third decks.

11 What if? 1 Timothy 1:3-4 (NKJV)
3 As I urged you when I went into Macedonia— remain in Ephesus that you may charge some that they teach no other doctrine, 4 nor give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which cause disputes rather than godly edification which is in faith.

12 What if? Genesis 22:1-3 (NKJV)
22 Now it came to pass after these things that God tested Abraham, and said to him, “Abraham!” And he said, “Here I am.” 2 Then He said, “Take now your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you.” 3 So Abraham rose early in the morning and saddled his donkey, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son; and he split the wood for the burnt offering, and arose and went to the place of which God had told him

13 What if? Joshua 1:1-2 (NKJV)
1 After the death of Moses the servant of the Lord, it came to pass that the Lord spoke to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ assistant, saying: 2 “Moses My servant is dead. Now therefore, arise, go over this Jordan, you and all this people, to the land which I am giving to them—the children of Israel.

14 What if? Luke 22:41-42 (NKJV) 41 And He was withdrawn from them about a stone’s throw, and He knelt down and prayed, saying, “Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.”

15 What if?
