Problems statements There is a marked growth in the use of private automobiles today. The ownership of private vehicles is one of the important factors affecting the generation of daily trips. It contributes to traffic congestion on urban roads and is the cause of many road accidents & impact an environment negatively. Most of the local authorities interviewed for the data collection were reported: "There is no plan to establish a green transport infrastructure for new projects in residential areas (hotels, businesses, etc.), eg electric vehicle charging station and non-motorized networks, etc."
3
What is (T Green T)? Expert system is developed to fill the gap between the sustainable urban design experts and people who seek to employ Green transportation system including decision makers, engineers, and students. The proposed expert system is developed using Visual Studio as the building tools and SQL as the query tool.
4
Why is it important? In many developing nations, it is difficult for development planners and novice engineers to determine the point of transportation service and usability only based the master plan of the city. The experts were able to easily identify problems and find solutions quickly whereas novice engineers were unable to do so.

Domain knowledge of (T Green T)
1) Department of Planning Physical in Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL). 2) Road Safety Department of Malaysia (JKJR). 3) Ministry of Transport, Malaysia (MOT). 4) Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (MROS). 5) Department of Public transport, Putrajaya (Bus Nadi Putra). Bus Rapid Transit Sunway Line (BRT). Education industry.
6
Methodology In order to build the expert system, examining sources related to expert system for transportation studies as well as interviewing with domain experts have been carried out. Verifying, validating processes, and comparing the system with similar works have shown that the system is consistent and acceptable for practical uses. The solution is a result obtained from different documents, which were published for green transportation modes, and focus on green transportation strategies.

The knowledge base of thinking green transportation (T Green T) includes three modules, each module may contain a number of sub- modules, parameters, strategies, and criteria. The development’s suitability can be characterized using websites of other modes of transportation, such as bicycle movement and pedestrian traffic. The system includes rules and images for different types of measures finally, some recommendations for maintenance and improving the system are presented.

This paper explored the concept of using a web knowledge-based expert system to provide advice, strategies, and design inputs for the development of a green transportation plan and conducted a successful trial in developed cities. The expert system is intended to assist novice engineers and relatively new professionals in making decisions before they decide to apply green transportation strategies in their transportation systems. The advice and strategies obtained from the expert system can be employed to aid novice engineers in application of a green transportation plan without referring to transportation experts.
