Creating a Workflow

What should you expect? A workflow is a customizable response within the MyRepChat app. We have designed options so that they can be unique to each individual user. There are multiple options and for when your clients text or call you. Workflows will work as soon as you save them in your MyRepChat account.

Where do you find workflow options?
“Workflows” can be found by clicking on the Wrench icon and then selecting the the MyRepChat Admin page. “Workflows” is found in the third section in this page.

How do I create a new workflow?
You will need to click on the “Add Workflow” button to start a new workflow. A drop down menu will appear. Click on the carrot in order to select the command you would like to create.

How do I create a new workflow?
You will be able to enter in values of your own and customize your workflow. In this example you can customize keywords for incoming texts and what your desired response back is. Click ”Save” to add this to your list of existing active workflows.
