Describe a character. What are that character’s traits? How does he or she change, grow, or learn a lesson throughout the song? Write a one-page essay detailing
Plot Diagram
Create a plot diagram for your story, adding a line or two for each section: Exposition, conflict, rising action, climax, and falling action/resolution.
Make a Google slideshow that tells your song story from start to finish. Share on Google.
Design a product or symbol to represent your song. Examples: hanging mobile, photo album or collage, poster, T-shirt, bumper sticker, piece of art (sculpture or visual).
Design a “crest” to represent your song. Use the Story Crest Design Elements page and the Color meanings page to create your design.
Make a prediction. What do you think will happen to the characters in the future? Use your skills of inferencing and imagination to continue the story after the song ends.
Letter to a Character: Choose a character from your song and write a letter to that character. Be sure to include correct letter conventions (friendly letter).
Create a music video for your song and share on Google. You will need to decide which app you will use. Picasa, iMovie, or musical.ly may be a good place to start.
Write a summary of your song. Include the beginning, middle, end, and be sure to tell the theme of the story.
