A.) Hecate's plan for Macbeth is to summon visions and spirits whose messages will fill him with a false sense of security and “draw him on to his confusion”. This reveals that there might be a chance that Macbeth will finally confess to what he has done.

Hecate is angry at the witches for telling Macbeth his prophecies of his future because he behaves like a brat.

Hecate wants to participate in the witches manipulation to Macbeth which creates a tense mood because she was super unhappy with the witches and that makes the reader want to know what is bound to happen to Macbeth.
