The Issue Is there potential for new Residential Enclave Districts ???
Currently none in 5 block area Have been found to be successful in other areas Auto repair next to bail bonds Dot.com boom allowed for sweeping changes and effects are still feeling effects and dealing with once again a change landscape and housing market. Old residents do not like the new building. RED’s will save old homes and community. Unique and diversified land-use SoMa landscape currently ever changing
