3. Rules Two halves each 45 minuets.
Each team can only have 11 players on at a time.
Yellow card=Cation (Second yellow card= Red card).
Red card=Send off.
You cannot touch the ball with your hands unless you are the goalkeeper.
If the ball goes out of play on the sideline the team that did not touch the ball last will have a throw-in.

4. Referees Referees must enforce all 17 Laws of the game.
There are 4 referees in a game. (One Middle referee, two Assistant referees and one 4th official.
The middle is the referee that will be on the field.
The two Assistant referees will be one the sideline of the field with a flag and call offsides and throw-ins.
The 4th offical will stay off the field and will take care of subsitutions.
If one of the officals on the field gets injured the 4th official will fill their spot.

5. World Cup The World Cup is a world wide soccer tournament.
Tournament has 32 teams.
First World Cup 1930 in Uruguay. Won by Uruguay.
Latest World Cup 2014 in Brazil. Won by Germany.
Brazil has won most World Cups: 5.
Italy is runner up for most World Cups won: 4.

FIFA has many more tournaments other than the World Cup.
Euro Cup: Upcoming in 2016, France.
Women’s World Cup: Previous in 2015, Canada
U17 World Cup (Women’s and Men’s): Previous 2015, Chile (Men’s).
U20 World Cup (Women’s and Men’s): Previous 2015, New Zealand (Men’s).

There is a huge debate on who is the world’s best player.
Lionel Messi: Plays for Barcelona and Argentina.
Cristiano Ronaldo: Plays for Real Madrid and Portugal.
I believe that Ronaldo is the better player because he has all round skill that is better than Messi.
