2. Math
1st Quarter: Place Value, Coordinates, Graphs, Multiplying 2-digit numbers.
2nd Quarter: Division, Area, Perimeter
3rd Quarter: Fractions, Decimals
4th Quarter: Adding/Subtracting Decimals, Parallel/Perpendicular lines, Probability
YEAR LONG: Math Super Stars

3. Language Arts
Various genres all year long, will include: diary, journals, memoirs, autobiography, mystery, fantasy, etc.
We will use writing workshop and reading groups throughout the year. Mrs. Dixon will be helping with reading block.
Very integrated into our Social Studies and Science Curriculum.

5. Social Studies
Fourth Grade Social Studies is centered around North Carolina History. We will use our textbook and various projects throughout the year to learn more about NC history, geography, people, and agriculture.
