Fuel stop in Goose Bay, Canada (Thule to McGuire leg)

Recommend scheduling in advance and coordinating arrival/departure time with the carrier
24/7 commercial shuttle services available for $40 - $100 per person
Shuttles pick up/drop off points:
Front entrance of the McGuire AFB Passenger Terminal
Exit customs/baggage claim area, turn right towards passenger service area, turn left and proceed through the front exit
Ground Transportation “Zone 7” at Philadelphia Int’l Airport
Outside of baggage claim area in each arrival terminal

9. FEML Information
Philadelphia International Airport, Pennsylvania is the approved FEML destination for 01 Jun – 30 Sep 15
Reimbursement for commercial transportation between JB MDL and Philadelphia International Airport is authorized
Paid receipts for commercial transportation are mandatory for reimbursement
Finance will approve orders and vouchers in DTS
Members must file their travel voucher in DTS within 5 days of returning to Thule to receive reimbursement for commercial transportation.

10. McGuire AFB Access Information
Contractors/Non-DoD ID Card holders
To expedite access to McGuire AFB, please have photo ID and LOI available to present at the gate
Provide names of travelers on the tracker NLT 1 week prior
Names will be provided to McGuire Passenger Terminal and McGuire Security Forces
Same booking procedures as B-757
LOI and APACS clearance required
