Using horizontal pricing tool that “flags” supplies where an awarded price greatly exceeds pricing for identical items
GSA notifying Schedule holders with higher pricing and offering opportunity to justify current price or reduce pricing
GSA intent for response to be voluntary, though vendors report mandatory
