Math in Focus is an authentic Singapore Math® curriculum—with problem solving as the center of math learning and concepts taught with a concrete–pictorial–abstract learning progression through real-world, hands-on experiences.

14. Math in Focus Things to know:
White Binder should come home every day. Over time all papers will be on Canvas and we will move towards a paperless classroom. There will be a lot of information for your child to utilize at home to review, study, or for help when completing homework.
Homework Monday – Thursday. Any homework over the weekend is typically just to study and prepare for upcoming test. All homework should be written in their agendas, but will also be posted on the website.
Tests: Study for Success paper, study guide at the end of the notes section, about a weeks notice
