3. What We Do
JSC “SIA “AKONIT” offers the equipment for transportation, warehousing and homogenization. We can carry out the full range of new equipment and modernization of existing production facilities with high quality conveyor equipment (consulting, system design, engineering work, logistics, installation and support of the project to the final stage). JSC “SIA “AKONIT” designs the transport system according to individual requirements and manufactures full range of conveyor components used in equipment for transporting materials. The individual approach and long-term experience of our company in this field allow us to design and make the most efficient and cost-effective systems.

4. Our Quality Policy
JSC “SIA “AKONIT” and its structural units have ISO 9001:2008 certificates of conformity. In 2012 we received the Permit of Federal Service for Supervision of Environment, Technology, and Nuclear Management for use of our underground belt conveyors. In 2012 we received Certificates of Self-regulatory organization for design works, construction, installation, reconstruction, testing and commissioning. In 2015 we also got the Customs Union conformity certificate for underground conveyors with explosion protection.

Our Engineering Division includes 3 production sites: in Vologda, Kirov and Novokuznetsk.

Production of our enterprise works trouble-free at the enterprises such as "EuroChem", "RUSAL", "Vorkutaugol", “EVRAZ”, “Mechel”, “Metallinvest” and NLMK holdings ("Stoilensky GOK"). We realized successfully many projects on construction and reconstruction of fuel feeding (coal) at the enterprises of power industry. 7. Logistics & Customer Service
Our company disposes all necessary resources for work on the Just-In-Time basis; our system of logistics and warehouse stocks allows to carry out uninterrupted delivery of our production to consumers within three days and continuous filling up of storage reserves under consumers' real and expected requirements.
The group of our engineers and specialists on maintenance and operation is an important part of our distributed system Customer Service. They are in close proximity to our clients that provides us competitive advantage concerning maintenance of our production throughout the whole life cycle, including clients' needs in stuff training, service, maintenance and recycling.

A range of products of JSC “SIA”AKONIT” includes the following handling equipment:
Stationary belt conveyors (including main and tube) of general use with belt width from 400 mm up to 2500 mm. On request, the equipment can be supplied with or without a conveyor belt.
Underground conveyors.
Rail-mounted and mobile belt conveyors (KLK, KLP).
Screw conveyors, repulpators (double-screw).
Clamp-forming machine
Chain bucket elevators (CSK, CS, CGT, CO).
Belt bucket elevators (LG, LM, LO).
Belt feeders, discharging trolley, diagonal plows, iron separators.
Control equipment for conveyors and elevators (automatics).
Spare parts for all listed equipment (rollers, idlers, pulleys, couplings, gear etc.)
