There is strictly no admittance to class after commencement for safety reasons. As a courtesy to the class, do not leave until the class has finished.

PILATES/PILATES PLUS BOOTY BLAST Aqua Well-Being WARRIOR CONDITIONING
45min-60mins of movement dedicated to mobility, agility, strength and conditioning. This class has explosive power, utilises exciting tools and movement patterns that mimic everyday life and gives you warrior confidence ** Class Limit = 16 WARRIOR CONDITIONING GRIT cardio is a 30minute high intensity interval training workout that features explosive high impact movements designed to burn fat and improve athletic ability. BOOTY BLAST This class is designed to target the entire lower body. It focuses on helping you condition, tone & strengthen your calves, thighs & gluts (booty). Suitable for all fitness levels. PILATES/PILATES PLUS Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, develops control and endurance in the whole body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing and developing a strong powerhouse and improving coordination and balance. *PILATES PLUS is a progression from PILATES classes. This class is not suitable for Prenatal or Postnatal participants Aqua Well-Being FITNESS AQUA Using buoyancy belts this is a deep-water class that is impact-free & designed to suit all levels of fitness & swimming capabilities. Being submerged in the water creates resistance from all sides which makes opposing muscles work equally & gives you a great full body workout.
