Your main goal is to keep all the audience interested in what your saying by maintaining CONTROL through different techniques, like eye contact to get their attention. 1. Small Audience: ( Make regular eye contact with every person in the room and do not forget people sitting on your far left hand side and far right hand side.) 2. 1. People tend to be more comfortable with numerated or bulleted lists. 2.Sequencing the slides in a proper order will make it easier for the audience to follow you and keeping their attention.

1. People are used to casual friendly conversation. 2. Formal presentation triggers tense & nervousness . 3.Tense environment increases the adrenaline. 4. Adrenaline in your body generates enthusiasm.

Cont. A Strategy for Staying Calm.: 1. Know your SUBJECT. 2. Know your AUDIENCE. 3. Avoid Caffeine, eat light, deep-breathing, Have a good walk. 4. Picture yourself giving a good speech. 5. Engage in a casual banter before the speech. 6. Remember that you’re the expert. 7. Slow down and never rush yourself.
