About CrazyTalk CrazyTalk is an automation software that allows you to animate still pictures into moving and talking pictures!
4
Selecting your people Your first two animations in CrazyTalk must be from one of the people below. One from Column A, and one from Column B. These need to be checked/seen before you may create your own! Column A Bruce Coville Charles Darwin Theodore Roosevelt Column B Piri Thomas Alexander Fleming Winston Churchill
5
Selecting your people After you’ve selected your person, find a good image of them from Google. The better the picture quality the better! Save this image into your Engagement Folder.
6
Get familiar with CrazyTalk
Click here to watch the tutorial on CrazyTalk Make sure you follow along with the tutorial, stopping and completing the steps as they’re completed in the video. This tutorial is for an older version of CrazyTalk. However, all of the tools and features are still there. They just may look different or be in a different area. If you’d like, you may record your own voice or use the text to speech option. Your animation must include at least seven (7) sentences about that person. This is NOT your Person of Interest!
7
Save your animation! Make sure you save your animation into your Engagement folder!
8
That was fun, let’s do it again!
After you’ve animated one person in CrazyTalk, go back to slide 4 and animate a new person from the opposite column. After you’ve completed both and they’ve been checked then you may create your own!
9
Questions & Research Take a print screen of the CrazyTalk animation window. Describe the functions of at least five (5) of the different tools. Be sure to label them in your picture.
