1. Submission of Expression of Interest Completed – 22nd Feb 2012 2. Provisional dates for visits agreed with HEI and appointment of Chair of the Visiting Panel Completed – End of Mar 2012 3. Completion of BSc Accreditation proforma & supporting evidence Completed – 2nd April 2012 4. Preliminary review of submitted documentation by Panel Chair By 23rd April 5. Confirm if accreditation visit will proceed 6. Panel visit – comprising Course Director, University SMT, Programme Team, SHA rep, NHS work base trainers, Library Services May-June 2012 7. Outcome from Panel shared with HEI along with any conditions 8. Response to conditions by HEI where applicable (One month from date of letter) June-July 2012 9. Chair of Panel to review response of HEI on conditions where applicable 10. Recommendation made to ETWG July-Aug 2012 11. Recommendation from ETWG to HCS PB Aug 2012 12. Confirmation of decision to HEI / Accreditation award Aug/Sept 2012 1
