2. Status update
We were informed last Monday (June 12) that the sponsored refugee family has been granted permanent resident visa.
The family will arrive in Ottawa within 4 to 10 weeks. That means the earliest arrival date is July 10.
The family currently resides in a refugee camp in Jordan.

4. Immediate Actions
Sign up to join the volunteer team, if you have not signed up before.
Sign up for donating furniture and household items. All donated items must be clean and in good condition. DO NOT bring them to church until further notice.
Join the volunteer team meeting at Jaffray Hall at 7:30pm Thursday, June 22. If you can’t make it, you will be contacted individually by the core team.
