Steps needed: Options: 1. Booking 2. Payment
1.1. Through the web ( + ASYRMA add-on) 1.2. By Phone (to Ticket Hellas Call Center ASYRMA add-on) 1.3. Using your mobile phone IVR (“my Cosmos” to provide this service) SMS booking (*) 1. Booking 2. Payment 2.1. Using your Credit Card 2.2. m-payment (**) 3. Ticket Issuing Delivery (at a separate m-ticket machine) 3.1. At the cinema 3.2. OTE Shops etc. (Voucher)

m-payment (**) After the “booking step” and if you have selected the m-payment option (instead of Credit Card payment), you will receive an sms of this kind: < booking confirmed: you have been billed €10 on your COSMOTE account for Vanilla Sky, at 21:00. Booking ref: ABCD1234,Enjoy it!>, confirming billing if accepted, including your ref. Code in order to “jump the queue” and get your ticket from “ASYRMA-kiosk”! You will then forward this SMS to ATSB’s number (COSMOTE SIM card) and you will receive your ticket. ATSB (ASYRMA Telemetry Smart Box) The “heart” of ASYRMA-kiosk.
