20 To Remember? The operative principles: equal concern and respect for all participants...may justify differences in treatments including expenditures. Equal respect and concern are compatible with recognition of difference.

21 Remember... Difference does not necessarily require dominance and subordination. Sex equality does not require forgetting sex.
