Cloud: Stuart Cunliffe Linux on Power: Tom Watts Lab Services Mission ”Enable and accelerate the adoption of new and emerging technologies” The skills across the team expand into multiple areas e.g. each member of the team is highly skilled in PowerVM, AIX, PowerHA,Power6/7/8. Each ’key area’ has more than one qualified consultants (a primary and secondary consultant) We still expect IBMers, BPs and customers to maintain their existing relationships with Lab Services members; however aligning key areas with consultants can assist with people new to dealing with Lab Service or for new products and offerings For each of the key areas the primary consultant is responsible for maintaining a relationship with the product owners and developers to keep abreast of the latest features and roadmaps. The primary consultant is also responsible for passing the latest information on to interested parties including the IBM team, BPs and customers.
