Call Forwarding If you do not want to receive calls and you want them to be forwarded instead, you can set them to automatically forward to another person or number 1. To Forward Calls, Click on 2. Choose ‘Forward Calls To’ here and select the desired option. To add another number or contact select New Number or Contact It is also possible to set Call Forwarding via the ‘Options’ Menu 3. Once Forwarding is Active you will see a notification within the Main Skype for Business Window. To Turn Off Call Forwarding select ‘Turn Off’ in the information Bar. If the Information Bar is no longer visible click and choose ‘Turn Off Call Forwarding’

Simultaneous Ring If you would like your calls to ring another device you can enable Simultaneous Ringing. For example you may want your calls to ring your PC and your Mobile Phone To Activate Simultaneous Ringing, Click on 2. Choose ‘Simultaneous Ringing’ Here choose the desired option. To add another number or contact choose New Number or Contact 3. Once Simultaneous Ringing is Active you will see a notification within the Main Skype for Business Window. To Turn Off Click and choose ‘Turn Off Call Forwarding’

Team Call Groups Within Skype for Business you can create a Team-Call Group allowing you to forward calls or overflow calls after a period of time to your colleagues 1. First, create your Team Call Group, Select the Options Menu and choose Call Forwarding from the left-hand menu that appears 2. Then select ‘Edit my Team-Call Group Members’ 3. To add a member, click Add, select a name from the list, and click OK. Click Remove to remove the selected member. 4. In the Ring your team-call group after this many seconds: drop-down list box, select the desired number of seconds between calls being received and being forwarded 5. Click OK

Team Call Groups - Continued Now that you have created your Team Call Group you need to set Simultaneous Ringing to that Group to activate 6. Select the Simultaneously ring: option button and in the drop-down list box, select the My Team option. If you have not set a team-call group up before, the dialog box shown below appears now. 7. Once Simultaneous Ringing is Active you will see a notification within the Main Skype for Business Window. To Turn Off Click and choose ‘Turn Off Call Forwarding’

Setting Delegates Within Skype for Business you can create Delegates allowing them to make and receive calls on your behalf. 1. First, create your Team Call Group, Select the Options Menu and choose Call Forwarding from the left menu 2. Then select ‘Edit my Delegate Members’ 3. To modify the list of Delegates, click Add, select a name from the list, and click OK. Click Remove to remove the selected member. 4. In the Ring your Delegates after this many seconds: drop-down list box, select the desired number of seconds between calls being received and being forwarded 5. Click OK

Setting Delegates - Continued 6. Now that you have created your Delegates you need to set Simultaneous Ringing to that Delegate Group to activate 7. Select the Simultaneously ring: option button and in the drop-down list box, select the My Delegates option. 8. Once Simultaneous Ringing is Active you will see a notification within the Main Skype for Business Window. To Turn Off, Click and choose ‘Turn Off Call Forwarding’
