Transit Testing What is currently available? Individual MCA members do conduct testing. Testing is not like for like and too varied, so exact comparisons are difficult. However at MCA meetings MCA members discuss any problem delivery destinations and there is a Quality of Service Sub Committee that address issues with PTTs.

IPC Testing (International Post Corporation) The International Post Corporation (IPC) is a cooperative association of 24 member postal operators in Europe, North America and Asia- Pacific. IPC’s 24 members are responsible for delivering percent of the world’s total mail volume. Members recognise IPC as the natural partner and industry organisation for improving service quality, promoting cooperation and interoperability and for providing informed analysis on the postal and adjacent markets.
