3. Introduction
EXIR Pharmaceutical Distribution Company (EXIR-PD), is one of the distributers in the Pharmaceutical Holding Company of Iranian Social Security Organization (ISSO), that is founded to develop and improve the distribution link of Pharmaceutical supply chain. EXIR-PD was established in 2008 and officially started its activity in 2010.
Because of excellent leadership and management policies, EXIR-PD has increased the number of its distribution centers from 10 to 18 by the end of 2015 and is now one of the superior distribution companies in Iran.
Based on developed strategic plan, EXIR-PD will be the first supplier’s and customer’s choice and one of the top 5 companies by the end of 2022.

Our mission is to devote effort to promote national healthcare system, through fast and qualified distribution of healthcare products between pharmacies and medical centers all over the country and meanwhile the company is meant to comply with stakeholders (including society, shareholders, customers, suppliers and employees) expectations.
To achieve these goals EXIR pharmaceutical distribution company emphasis on settlement of modern management system, employ skilled human resource, utilization of modern technologies and commitment to knowledge based approach.

In order to improve distribution services, EXIR Pharmaceutical Distribution has established 18 distribution centers in most provinces of Iran.
Establishing the central warehouse in accordance with requirements and standards in Tehran with about 2400m² storage space and about 320m³ refrigerating space, provided a proper condition for qualified and safe storage. Meanwhile, total storage space of about m² with the capacity of pallets in distribution centers, assures best services all over the country.
By establishment of Cold Chain System over all procedures including receiving, stocking, distributing and delivering and also preparing a temperature map for operational sites, we insure the suppliers, customers and consumers that all the products match with the international stocking standards and will deliver to the customer in best condition.
Having a widespread distribution shipping throughout the country in order to provide distributing delivery service and utilization of more than 100 distributing vehicles in accordance with GDP standards, will speed up the distributing and will insure us the pharmaceutical products is delivered in least time with best quality.
