Avoid duplication of web site content and dual updates
Gathering requirements from campus stakeholders

Found out what apps were already available
Determine apps needed
Provided the app team with the direct Banner, RSS and other related feeds
Pay Stub and Leave Balance were the last apps built because of some challenges
experienced
