Mobile Trip Log

Download App In the Apple App Store or on Google Play, search by keywords “ari driver” to find the free app. Tap ‘GET’ / ‘INSTALL’ (Apple) or ‘INSTALL’ (Android) to download the app.

Login Use the same credentials as the desktop version to login to the app. Enter the following fields: Driver’s Last Name, Client ID (4 characters), and Password (driver ID or vehicle number). Then tap Login.

Login Remember Me stores your login credentials. It replaces the need to enter the 3 login fields for each use. Tap switch next to Remember Me to create a 6-digit PIN. Enter twice and tap Save. Future logins enter PIN once, tap Login, and then enter the secondary login. PIN is stored locally on your mobile device, so if forgotten, tap Cancel and re-enter credentials. 3 1 2

Dashboard Main screen after logging in is a vehicle overview dashboard that includes vehicle info, notifications, fuel, expenses, maintenance, and current odometer. Swipe up to view. Menu icon top left. Only show Driver Scorecard to driver if menu on desktop version. Swipe up to view the information.

Report Mileage 1 2 3 Tap the menu icon and Report Mileage.
‘Select a default vehicle’ prompt on first-time access only. Choose from assigned vehicle(s) or rental by tapping on the vehicle icon to select it as the default for your logs and trips.

Trip Log Home The landing page for Trip Log displays:

Add Quick Trip – choose from 10 most frequent trips to quickly complete the Add Trip form and add to monthly log. More Options – to add/review/submit the monthly trip logs. Current Activity – overview of trips for the current log on the default vehicle. Includes days, miles, and % business vs. personal.

New Log 1 2 3 First, open a monthly log.
On Trip Log home, tap More Options. Then tap Create a New Trip Log. The next reporting period and default vehicle are prompted, or select from the dropdowns.

Add Trips Once a log is opened, trips can be added to it. Several methods: Quick Trips completes the Add Trip form with stored trip data. Use the map to help track trip distance with GPS. Manually add new trips using the form.

Add Trips 1 2 3 Quick Trips is the fastest method for logging trips:
Access from the main Trip Log page. The 10 most frequent trips for the log are stored. Choose one by selecting a trip from the list (tap green chevron). The Add Trip form is pre-filled. Verify info and then tab Submit at bottom of form.

Add Trips 1 2 3 Use GPS mapping to track trip distance.
Access Start Trip from main page before driving. Trip is tracked using GPS. When finished driving, tap Stop and then complete the Add Trip form. The date and mileage are filled.

Add Trips 1 2 3 Manually enter trips using the Add Trip form.
Select More Options. Select Active Trip Logs. Tap the down arrow to view options for the active log, and select Add Trip. The blank Add Trip form will open.

Submit Log At the end of the month, review trips and submit log for approval. From the Trip Log menu, tap Active Trip Logs. View the open log and edit trips or submit. Review each trip and edit / delete if necessary before submitting the log.
