1. Romanian tochitura

2. Ingredients:
500 g. smoked sausages
200 ml. sunflower oil
2 cups of dry white wine
paprika
garlic
laurel leaves
salt
pepper
1 kg corn flour
eggs
½ kg salted cheese

3. ENJOY! How to prepare cut the sausages in small pieces and fry them
boil them with garlic for 1-2 minutes
add 2 cups of wine, 1 cup of water and 3 laurel leaves
cap and boil them for 50 minutes
add salt, pepper, paprika
add some more water if necessary
stew for 10 minutes
In the meantime prepare:
a ”mămăligă” : 2 cups of corn flour and 5 of water, salt and oil
poached eggs
grated cheese
