Welcome To promote partnership between the College, its pupils, and all its parents. To actively identify and represent the views of parents on the education provided by the College, and other matters affecting the education and welfare of its pupils. MCA - Forum to be made up of volunteer parents of children who attend the school, and is open to all parents at the college. It is desirable that the Forum reflect the diversity of the community, for example parental representation from the Armed Forces, all Year Groups, different cultures and ethnicities, gifted and talented and SEN etc.

Behaviour statistics For 97% of the lessons observed the behaviour in the classroom was recorded as good or outstanding – 73% outstanding. So far this year behaviour has been observed as good or outstanding in 90.3% of lessons Overall there has been a dramatic drop in the number of incidents leading to a Time Out session for a student (43 occasions in HT compared to 26 in HT ) Overall our rates of Fixed Term Isolations are in line with the National figures (7.07% of the pupil group compared with 8.55% National Average) MCA - Drop in TOs, FT exclusions in line with National average, Ps and Cs still competitive (yr 11 still wanted this info included in Celebration Assembly) Prefects and anti-bullying work

We achieved our 94% target for Target for this year is 95% Persistent Absence figure for last year was 5.9% (National Average 6.9%) and dropped 5.3% on the previous year Escalation process, first day calling, recent changes to letters and ansaphone message Holiday requests very rarely authorised
