In 2017 – 2018 we will answer the question “What Is Rotary” with our actions, making a difference through our service and accomplishments.

4 DG STRATECIC FOCUS Support clubs to attain their goals
Make RIP Citation, Zone PI & DG Awards a standard Technology – lots of changes, stay current Support RIP Ian H. Riseley goals: TRF – EREY District; grow PHS Membership – Grow 3% -- 66 Service - Community partners Youth – Promote, Involve, Recognize 4

5 DGE PHILOSOPHY Polio – Can’t quit now. We’re at the Finish Line.
Membership – Life blood of Rotary. We need to focus on diversity and growth. Increase Satellite Clubs. Hands-on Community Service – Fundamental to who we are. TRF – Members need to understand the impact of giving. C.A.R.T. – Elevate the emphasis on CART and it’s purpose. The future health of our nation depends on it.

6 DG PHILOSPHY - Continued
International Service – Opportunities to grow as individuals. A chance to see the world through a different perspective. Look for joint opportunities. Public Image – Makes Membership possible. Informs the community of who we are. DG Visits – Learning opportunity for DG and club members. Engage in open discussion.

11 DISTRICT STRATEGIC PLAN
Strategic plans help us become better Districts, better Clubs, better Rotarians. While a strategic plan is recommended for all Clubs, participation in the District plan is Voluntary However, it is the hope of your District that each Club will incorporate some aspects of the District plan in your Club plan.

12 THE REAL HOW TO Implementing a successful strategic plan requires bottom up input and ownership. Clubs can help with specific ideas for accomplishing the actions which lead to our priorities/goals. The real How-To! your ideas and we will compile and share back with all Clubs.
