Course Description: A course focused on the creative, logistical, and business aspects of planning and implementing banquets and catered events. This course would combine classroom and hands-on experience. Prerequisite: HTM 213 – Introduction to Food and Beverage Management Instructor: Ben Peterson, Owner of The Cheney Place in downtown Grand Rapids.
