2 What is the GFCS Help Desk?
What it is : The GFCS Helpdesk is an online presence for the User Interface Platform (UIP) where users can access resources, tools and products, and request technical support. Objective: To enhance communication and access to climate services. Target users: All users and providers of climate services at the global, regional and national levels

4 Through the «Market Place» you can discover what climate services and products are available (by category, by sector, by geographical area).

9 Find out more about climate services through our collection of resources (publications, guidelines, training material etc)

10 Communicate your needs or request technical support (through WMO and partners users can request technical assistance missions, national consultations, workshops, one-to-one technical support, etc.)
