2. Anglian Neo-Gothic Chateau
First mentioned in 1541 this Baroque castle is in a recreation area in Central Bohemia just 3 km from a well-known golf club. In 1965 the castle was re-built into a Baroque chateaux, in it was re-built again, this time in Anglian Neo-Gothic style. The castle is set in a 2 hectare park with several stone sculptures and rare tulip trees. Right next to the chateaux is a downhill skiing slope visited by skiers mainly from Prague. In summer there is a sports centre.
