Duration: Key Factors OJT contract: “structured” occupational training opportunity 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 Specifies: occupation, skills to be learned, and training duration Limited to time required for participant to become proficient in occupation for the training being provided Normal training time for a given occupation (O*NET/SVP) and the participant’s entry experience and skills
