Grow expertise in effective strategies by: holding regular target group staff meetings to share information and effective strategies; using support plans; using seating plan strategies for target pupils Build relationships through restorative practice and developing the use of a ‘language of choice’ Bespoke support for target group pupils – enhance the relevance of the Contract to success, and meet learner needs Eg nurture breakfast club, support to laminate books, ingredients sheet sent to parent via wellbeing Develop ownership and independence eg pupils suggest revision topics, create own revision sheet from resources, lead revision topic
