4. Lean Coffee (9/27: 11:15am-Noon)
Lean Coffee is a structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated.
Write your career question on a post-it
Share your idea in 1-2 sentences with 10 second limit
Dot vote by distributing 3 dots on desired topics
Topics with the most dots go at the top; least at the bottom
Top topic starts with a 5-minute timer for group discussion
After 5 minutes, hold a roman vote to continue or kill the discussion. Majority rules!
Move on to the next topic until all topics discussed or time is up
Serving hot coffee too!

5. Lightning Talks (9/27: 2:15-3:00)
A lightning talk is a very short presentation lasting only a few minutes, given at a conference or similar forum. Several lightning talks will usually be delivered by different speakers in a single session.
Ignite format: 20 auto-advancing slides, 15 seconds each (5 minutes total per topic)
