2. About the King Cobra
The king cobra is the world's longest venomous snake, with a length up to 18.5 to 18.8 ft
It is found mainly in forests from India through Southeast Asia
It preys on other snakes. It uses razor sharp fangs, lightening fast poison and incredible speed to kill it’s prey.

The cobra has flaps of skin called a hood behind it’s head.
The fangs are his main weapon.
There is a deadly poison called Venom.
They have up to 5 eggs and are the only snake that have nests.

6. What the King Cobra looks like.
The skin of the King Cobra is olive- green, tan, or black, and has faint, pale yellow cross bands down the length of the body.
The belly is cream or pale yellow, and the scales are smooth.
