Reproducibility of SHMS magnets tested using COSY and mc-single-arm

SHMS Optics matrix in MC
Previously used a 3rd order matrix for forward transport with 5th order fitted matrix reconstruction in mc-single-arm for SHMS Used COSY to create a 6th forward and reconstruction transport matrix. Put in the mc-single-arm git repo. Ran mc-single-arm for SHMS with vacuum exit pipe, 20cm LH2 target and 20deg. Comparison plots of the ideal tune with no multiple scattering and no wire chamber smearing to ideal tune with multiple scattering and wire chamber smearing.

Tested reconstruction by varying magnet strength
Previously used a 3rd order matrix for forward transport with 5th order fitted matrix reconstruction in mc-single-arm for SHMS Comparison plots for Q1 varied ideal, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.6% . Above 0.2% reconstruction gets noticeably worse. Comparison plots for Q2 varied ideal, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.6% . Comparison plots for Q3 varied ideal, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.6% . Above 0.1% reconstruction gets noticeably worse. Comparison plots for HB varied ideal, 2.0%, 10.% Effects only the mean of Yptar and Ytar. Theta_bend (mr) = * delta (%) To limit shifts in yptar < 0.1 mr need delta < 0.2%
