4. Performance Assessment (PA) of TIs
To understand the health of the TIs, diagnose weak areas and take corrective actions
PA is done quarterly using a tool called Balance Score Card System
Tool consists of 14 critical indicators for FSW and MSM TIs and 18 critical indicators for IDU TIs.
TIs are graded in 5 categories
