increased parental benefits:
female fellow’s health care extension for the whole period of the maternity leave irrespective of the contract end date
female fellow’s contract extension after maternity leave in case of extreme hardship
ten days of paternity leave
parental leave from 10 days till 4 months
possibility of teleworking: occasionally (ad-hoc) or one day (or exceptionally two days) per week on regular basis
full recognition of registered partnership
