A Note on Getting Around the Tutorial
Before you begin, here are some tips on navigating through the training tutorial: The Tutorial is designed to run in Slide Show mode. If it is not in Slide Show mode, please click the icon in the tool bar or click the From Current Slide option on the Slide Show menu. The Navigation Bar at the upper right of every screen can be used to move between slides in the tutorial. See the descriptions to the right on this page. You can step through the tutorial page by page by using your Page Down or Down Arrow keys, by clicking on the Next button on the Navigation Bar, or simply by clicking your left mouse button or pressing your Enter key. The buttons and hyperlinks throughout the presentation will help you navigate to specific modules in the tutorial. If you follow a hyperlink, you can use the Previous button in the Navigation Bar to return to the last page visited. Click HOME on the Navigation Bar from anywhere in the presentation to return to the Overview page. On some slides you can roll over certain portions of the screen to display additional content. You can save a local copy of this tutorial to review or share. eLynx Services Administrator Training Overview
This is an interactive training module that describes the administrative functions available as part of the eLynx eDelivery and eSignature services integrated into Harland Financial Solutions LaserPro® and DepositPro®. Users can complete the training at their own pace, and focus on the administrative tasks that are most relevant to their roles. At the completion of the training, users should be able to do the following: Manage users registered to submit documents to the eLynx service Set up other Administrators and manage their permissions Check the status of documents or packages submitted for delivery through eLynx Manage any documents or packages that were not delivered successfully Generate administrative reports The training module is divided into three sections: Installing the SwiftView Viewer Covers installing the SwiftView Viewer, which is used to view documents submitted to the service EXPDelivery Covers administrative functions related to delivering closing packages or other documents to borrowers or third parties eLynx Inbox Covers administrative functions related to delivering documents to consumers, with or without eSignature Click one of the buttons below to complete the corresponding session. INSTALL SWIFTVIEW Installing SwiftView All eLynx service Administrators must have the SwiftView document viewer installed to view documents. If the viewer has not already been installed, the system will prompt the admin to install SwiftView when they log in. To see if the viewer is installed, click the Verify document viewer installation. Click anywhere to continue with the tutorial. eLynx Confidential

INSTALL SWIFTVIEW Begin Installation If SwiftView is not detected, you can begin the installation process by clicking the big blue button on the SwiftView Viewer Installation page. Viewer installation is a simple process. For the most part, you just have to follow the prompts and instructions as they are presented. A progress bar in the upper part of each screen shows you the installation progress. Click the button above to see the subsequent screens. eLynx Confidential

INSTALL SWIFTVIEW Installation The installation should start automatically. As shown on this screen, you may need to click the gold bar at the top of this browser window to allow the install. If a browser Security Warning dialog appears, please click “Install” to enable the installation. When installation is complete, click the big blue button to validate the viewer installation. eLynx Confidential

INSTALL SWIFTVIEW Installation Complete If the following screen displays, the SwiftView Viewer is installed and configured correctly. Click Done to complete the installation. If the Welcome to the SwiftView Viewer document does not display, follow the instructions for Manual Installation or visit the eLynx support page for more information and assistance. Click the Start button in the Navigation Bar to return to the Overview slide or click Next to begin the EXPDelivery Admin Training module. eLynx Confidential

When you log in to the EXP Delivery Admin site, the main Admin screen displays. For EXPDelivery Administrator functions, make sure the Closing Network tab is selected. The main screen is divided into four areas. Roll over the highlighted areas for descriptions of each section. Click one of the links below to learn more about each section, or step through all sections by clicking the Next button on the Navigation Bar or the left button on your mouse, or pressing any key on your keyboard. The left panel of the main EXPDelivery Admin screen contains links to the common admin functions. The admin will only see the functions they have permission to access. View My Loans: Displays documents sent by the individual currently logged in as the admin. Invite Recipient to Register: Use this option to register a third-party recipient to enable them to receive document packages you send. Create Administrator: Allows for new admins to be added. At this time, whoever is setting up the new admin’s account may specify what roles and permissions should be assigned. Manage Undeliverable Packages: Enables the administrator to track packages that were unable to be successfully delivered. Reports: Run reports available for EXPDelivery. Note, the list of available reports may vary depending on the admin permissions and the features enabled. eLynx Confidential

Invite Recipient to Register
EXPDELIVERY: ADMIN FUNCTIONS Invite Recipient to Register When you click the Invite recipient to register link you will be able to enter the address of the third- party recipient and send them an invitation. The will contain a URL they can follow to register to receive documents. If the recipient is an employee of your financial institution, check the box below the address. Checking this box provides an abbreviated workflow when the recipient retrieves the documents and indications that the deliveries are internal to the financial institution. eLynx Confidential

Create Administrator An admin that has the proper administrative permissions can create another admin. An admin’s functions can be as broad or as limited as the financial institution (FI) requires for the specific admin to effectively complete their tasks. Click Create New Administrator from the navigation bar located down the left-hand side of the administrative component’s home page. After doing so, admins will be taken to the page shown below: Follow the prompts to enter the mandatory information for the admin that is being created. At this time, the admin setting up the new account will need to create a temporary password for the new admin. Password requirements are given at the bottom of the page. Please note: Communicate the password selected for the new Admins. Advise the new Admins to change their password after they login for the first time. eLynx Confidential

Assigning Admin Roles and Permissions
EXPDELIVERY: ADMIN FUNCTIONS Assigning Admin Roles and Permissions When an admin is created, they can be assigned Roles and Permissions that will control what admin functions are available to them. General Roles Admin View Accounts: Search all admin accounts (for both the EXPDelivery and Inbox administrative components) and view properties such as account info, user info, and roles. Error Site: View the list of undeliverable/failed packages or faxes. It is at this location where the admin can manually intervene to resend the documents and/or add comments. Manage Admin Users: Create new admin accounts, assign roles, as well as change roles for existing accounts. Closing Roles View Agent Accounts: Search accounts and view properties such as account info, user info, roles. View All Loans: Search loans for all accounts in addition to own loans View Restricted Data: View restricted information such as bank name, routing number, and bank account number. View Documents: View third party documents within loan packages (in addition to the delivery information). Inbox Roles: See Inbox Admin Guide for additional information. These roles are not applicable to the EXPDelivery administrative component. eLynx Confidential

EXPDELIVERY: ADMIN FUNCTIONS Closing Reports RETURN TO EXPDELIVERY START PAGE The Closing Reports section contains links to the various standard EXPDelivery reports. Note that the list of available reports may vary depending on the admin permissions and the features enabled. Posting Summary: Allows the admin to see what and how many loans were posted in a specified timeframe. The information is filtered based on the roles assigned to the admin running the report. Posting Detail: Requires the same information to be entered as the Posting Summary report, but this report provides additional details such as borrower, address, and loan number. The information is filtered based on the roles assigned to the admin running the report. Prohibit Delivery: This report is generated based on any third party that has been flagged as a prohibit delivery recipient based on the discretion of the financial institution. The information is filtered based on the roles assigned to the admin running the report. Admin Report: Generates a list of admins and their respective roles. The information is filtered based on the roles assigned to the admin running the report. Package Status: The admin can run various queries through this report. Lists can be generated and filtered to show packages by their status (open or sent) or the report can be filtered to show packages associated with a specific third-party recipient. Entering the third party’s address will pull up all packages (and their statuses) sent to that party for a particular timeframe. The information is filtered based on the roles assigned to the admin running the report. eLynx Confidential

EXPDELIVERY: SEARCH USERS Search Users RETURN TO EXPDELIVERY START PAGE A user search returns all users that meet the criteria defined. Searches utilize wildcards to allow for partial information to be entered. The users are displayed on the left of the screen by type. When a user is highlighted, the information about that user is displayed to the right on several tabs. These tabs, and the data they provide, are filtered based on the financial institution, the type of user and the roles assigned to the admin performing the search. eLynx Confidential

EXPDELIVERY: SEARCH LOANS Search Loans RETURN TO EXPDELIVERY START PAGE A loan search returns all EXPDelivery loans for which the admin has access to, based on the roles they are assigned. If the admin has selected View My Loans from the main admin screen, only their loans will be displayed in the search results. If they use the Search Loans box , the search results may include loans other than their own. Filter and search options are available to refine the search eLynx Confidential

Clicking the loan number will show additional detail. The detail is shown on three tabs: Info, Documents, and History as shown below. INBOX: ADMIN FUNCTIONS Assigning Inbox Roles Inbox Roles Consumer Manage Users: Search Inbox consumer accounts only; view consumer login information; have the ability to help consumers reset their password; update consumers’ authentication answers; disable consumers’ accounts. Please note that this role does not have privileges to view consumer documents. Consumer View Accounts: Search Inbox consumer accounts only; view consumer login info. INBOX: SEARCH USERS Search Users RETURN TO INBOX START PAGE Allows the admin to search for consumer recipients. They can also search for their own employees to identify login info, user info, packages sent in the last 90 days, as well as review or change roles. An account can be searched using any of the following pieces of information: address First name Last name Company The users are displayed by type on the left of the screen. When a user is highlighted, the information about that user is displayed to the right on several tabs. These tabs, and the data they provide, are filtered based on the financial institution, the type of user and the roles assigned to the admin performing the search. eLynx Confidential

An admin can search for any delivery by entering search criteria in any of the following fields: Account number Date created (range) Consumer recipient’s Sender’s First name Last name Division Deliveries matching the search criteria will be displayed. Clicking the black arrow to the left of date column for a particular delivery will expand the delivery and allow the admin to view the package by name and type. eLynx Confidential

Additional Delivery Details
INBOX: SEARCH DELIVERIES Additional Delivery Details The Info tab shown above provides detail about the delivery. Clicking the application number will show additional delivery details. The Delivered Documents tab expands the information available from the delivery to the individual consumer recipients. Package Actions Package Actions are available for the entire delivery. The different types of package actions vary by package and are provided below Send Paper Copy: Available for financial institutions where the Print and Mail service has been selected as an option. Forward Copy: Forwards a copy of the package to a new recipient. View All Documents: Displays all documents sent using the SwiftView viewer. Documents can be printed locally from this option. Rename Package: Renames the delivery. View Audit Log: Displays a log of all document activity (when documents are sent, opened, signed, etc.). The log can be printed. eLynx Confidential

Recipient Actions Actions for the individual recipient can be selected from the drop-down menu available when you select a document recipient. Resend Notification: Resends the notification to the recipient. Go To Login: Link to the recipient Inbox login to support face-to-face or point-of-sale transactions. This feature is optional and may not be implemented for all financial institutions. Reset Password: Sends the consumer recipient an to which will enable them to reset their password. eLynx Confidential

INBOX: MANAGE ACCOUNT Inbox Reports RETURN TO INBOX START PAGE Inbox Reports Package Summary: Provides list of deliveries. The report can be refined based on sender, date, delivery type, and status information. Package Detail: Provides list of deliveries and details the status of all packages within each delivery created. The report can be refined based on sender, date, delivery type, and status information. Consumer Throughput: Summarizes the completed packages versus sent packages by package type for each consumer recipient. The report can be refined based on sender, date, and, if the FI has any, division information. Disabled Recipients. Generates a list of all the consumer recipients who have been disabled. A disabled user cannot receive any delivery from the Inbox application. Adoption Trends: Displays the percentage of electronic delivery packages completed per month over a rolling 13-month period. Package Type Distribution: Displays the percentage of different package types sent over a period of time. Admin Report: Generates list of all admins, their roles, and whether the admin has an enabled/disabled status. eLynx Confidential
