No presents are given on this Eid.
Eid Al Adha: is sometimes called Big Eid. Just like Eid Al Fitr, Muslims go to the Mosque in the morning and get together with their family to have a feast. No presents are given on this Eid.

This Eid remembers Ibrahim being willing to sacrifice his son to God.
It showed how much he loved his God.

Muslims all over the world pay for a lamb to be slaughtered. The meat is shared 1/3 kept for themselves 1/3 family 1/3 poor

Hajj Completing Hajj is the 5th pillar of Islam.
2 million Muslims visit Mecca every year and stand together before the Kabbah that Ibrahim built praising Allah.

During Hajj Muslims perform acts of worship and renew their faith.
Eid Al Adha comes at the end of Hajj.
