Belmont Double Header Basketball Game Saturday February 18th- 3:30-8:00PM Blood pressure, blood glucose and BMI screenings Informational handouts and interactive games Volunteers will represent BSPA as organization of the game and help educate or screen anyone that’s interested 5 volunteers per shift Sign up for shifts on BruinLink under “forms” tab 3:30-4:45pm (set-up) 4:45- 6:00pm 6:00- 7:00pm 7:00- 8:00 pm (clean-up)

Professionalism at a Conference
Before you Attend the Conference Register and fill out all of the necessary forms provided by the President-Elect Look out for any interest meetings, itineraries, and packing lists Fill out the student travel form and turn it in to Dean Kiningham ASAP your professors one month in advance to request missing their class

Reimbursement and Excused Absences You must attend all required events not only for reimbursement but to be excused from class Exception: If you leave the conference early to attend school The requirements are sent out at least two weeks in advance and may be subject to change For example: If you see a session you are interested in that is going to during a required event, you may request to go to that session instead

While at the Conference Dress and act professionally If you cannot find Maren, myself, or another Executive Board member to check in to an event, please take a selfie and send it to Maren proving you were at an event We are utilizing the honor system If we find out you are taking pictures then ditching the event, you will not be credited for being at those events

While at the Conference Network with our own students, students from other schools, and other pharmacists If there is an open mic opportunity, please tell Markesha and Maren/Becca what you want to say before approaching the mic Bring business cards, a copy of your CV, and something to take notes on (i.e. padfolio) Download the APhA App so you can access your schedule, a map of the convention center, and more!
