Absolute & Relative Addressing
Tp keep a cell reference constant when it copies a formula or function, Excel uses a technique called absolute referencing. To specific an absolute reference in a formula, enter a dollar sign($) before any column letters or row numbers you want to keep constant formulas you plan to copy. e.g. $B$16
