Worldwide Joint Training & Scheduling Conference 2010-2
Administrative Remarks Flow of Events Rules of Engagement Welcome to the Worldwide Joint Training Conference 2004 (WJTC 04) held here at the National Guard Professional Education Center (NG PEC), Camp Robinson, AR. This years conference provides us the opportunity and forum for developing a collaborative way-ahead to address the future joint training requirements of the Combatant Commands We have some hard hitting issues confronting us and I think you are the right collection of players to address these issues head on. I challenge each of you to roll up your sleeves and work hard to get after the execution of the Secretary Of Defense’s Strategy and the Chairman’s guidance. I trust that you will enjoy your time spent here. As WJTC sponsors, my staff, and the staff of JFCOM’s Joint Warfighting Center will do everything humanly possible to ensure your stay and your participation in the WJTC 04 is productive and rewarding. I want this to be a productive three days for you and I ask, and need your feedback on what we are doing right, where we need to improve, and if applicable, what we are not doing that needs to be done (Next Slide Please) 23 September 2010 COL Joe Grubich Joint Exercise & Training Division 6/5/2018

Rules of Engagement Conference Norms
This is a participatory, non-attribution forum -- help everyone understand your point of view and respect everyone’s right to do the same The need for consensus may sacrifice optimum performance for some to establish common ground We’re constrained by time and attacking complex issues -- help us work through an aggressive agenda Keep the right level of detail for the entire audience and conference objectives Minimize side-bars, wait to be recognized, and stay focused 6/5/2018
