The education and learning as we know it for the last 150 years is a 19th century invention (for industrial economy)
Education and learning need to be rethought and re-engineered to serve the needs of people in the present century – the 21st century (for globalized economy)
21st century needs have been shaped by the 3 major changes that characterize the present time:
