2 What is AMF ? Ramp Furniture Water Water Shade Telephone Toilet
To encourage general public to exercise their right to choose government, it is very important to assure that the place where they will be going to cast vote is well equipped with all the basic facilities. AMF stands for ‘Assured Minimum Facilities’ which states availability of 7 basic facilities at each and every polling station of all the assemblies in every district in a state. These 7 basic facilities are namely : Ramp Furniture Water Telephone Water Shade Toilet

3 What is AMF ? The AMF mobile app has been developed to ensure the availability of basic minimum facilities at each and every polling station. Using this App, officers which are assigned an assembly of a particular district can upload the photographs of all seven basic minimum facilities including Toilet, Electricity, Shade, Ramp, Telephone, Water and Furniture of all the polling stations of designated assembly using smartphone. While capturing the photograph, latitude and longitude of the location as well as date – time stamp is recorded automatically and gets uploaded on the central server of the election. The uploaded data is further used for reporting to various high level officers.

4 Modes of working in AMF App ?
The AMF app functions in two mode:- ONLINE MODE (Uses Network Connectivity) OFFLINE MODE (Do not uses Network Connectivity) for providing ease of use to the user and enhances the performance of app by solving the defined purpose efficiently. Online Mode: Activities like Logging into the application, Selecting AC and downloading PS, Syncing Data and Reset AC comes under this mode which requires internet connectivity for functioning. For logging into application user must on his/her mobile data or Wi-Fi. Offline Mode: Activity like Clicking and Saving Images comes under this mode which doesn’t require internet connectivity for functioning. As images are initially save locally so this activity can be done in offline mode.

5 Logging into the AMF App ?
To enter the AMF application and use its feature, user need to login once by entering his/her correct User ID and Password provided with the APK. Fig. 1

6 Selecting AC and downloading PS
Fig.2 is displayed once user successfully login into the application. Here district from which user is logged in is displayed and he/she can select its assigned assembly from the list of assemblies. After selecting particular AC downloading of polling stations for the selected AC gets started. Fig. 2

After PS get downloaded Fig 3. like page is displayed where user can select from given polling stations but now he/she cannot change its assembly constituency. User must select particular polling station to move forward to click images. Fig. 3

8 Clicking and Saving Images
Fig. 4 After selecting particular PS user will land on to Fig. 4 where all those facilities options are displayed whose images are to be taken. User must click on फोटो लें option and a dialog gets open. Once user clicks on Take Photo camera gets open and user can click photo.

Once user clicks photo Fig. 5 like page is displayed where images of facilities being clicked are shown as thumbnail. After taking all the pictures, user must click on SAVE IMAGES option in order to save images locally. ‘IMAGES SAVED’ message is displayed on successful completion of task and user is redirected to polling station selection page in order to choose another polling station or sync data Fig. 5

10 Syncing Data Fig. 6 Once user is done with image clicking and saving for all the polling stations of assigned AC, he/she can sync data to the servers by clicking on CLICK TO SYNC DATA button as shown in Fig. 2. This message displaying count of polling stations data synced is displayed

11 Reset AC If user chooses wrong AC by mistake then he/she can reset AC by clicking ‘CLICK TO RESET AC’ button as shown in Fig. 7 All the values including AC and PS get rest and Fig. 2 like page is displayed to the user to choose assigned AC correctly. Fig. 7
