Objectives To expand the voice of small media
All staff are required to read, understand, and sign our ethics policies at hire, and to attend annual trainings and re-affirm their understanding of the corporate expectations. The Internews Code of Conduct Organizational Ethics Policies Business Ethics, Disclosure Protection and Investigation, Conflict of Interest, Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment, Anti-Prostitution and Anti-Sex Exploitation Education and signature at hire when all HQ and Field staff are required to read, understand, and sign our ethics policies. Education and signature annually when all HQ and Field staff must attend mandatory trainings and sign the policies again. Corporate HR trains corporate employees and Country Leads train local field staff.
