Accessing Information
Project information includes all submitted documents such as application, plans, and associated reports. The Project Planner is also identified with contact information. Comments may be submitted directly to the Project Planner for inclusion in the public process.

Understanding the Process
Applicants meet with Planning Staff to discuss process options. Application has not been filed and is not public information. Applicants may hold pre-application community meetings. PRE-APPLICATION MEETING WITH PLANNING DEPARTMENT Application becomes active and publically available for review. Applicants may hold community meetings. Application and plans are uploaded and online for public review. A Planner is assigned to the project. Application & Plan Submittal General Plan, Zoning, Design Guidelines Technical Studies Consultant Peer Reviews Project Review Environmental Review

Opportunities for Comment

Providing Comments Staff reports and supporting documents are posted for public review the week prior to the public meeting. Comments may be submitted in writing for inclusion in the public process or comments may be presented verbally at the public hearing. Presentations have uploading deadlines. Understand decisions, propose effective solutions for addressing concerns within the project, speak within time limits, be respectful, supply new ideas or support others.
