It’s not the game plan, it’s the CULTURE! It’s not the player, it’s the group! It’s not about getting “individual exposure” it’s about the FAITH and TRUST that the performing group of players will be so outstanding that their their individual talents will be recognized as well.

The Gold Standard Fitness+Academics+Community=Excellence (F.A.C.E. Challenge) High Conditioning Standards: Pull Ups (17 or more) David Breazeale(36) Push ups (60 or more) Adam Underwood (121) 1mile run (6:15 or lower) 5:30* Mitchell Parsons & Thomas Breazeale 400m run (60sec. or lower) Planks (3min. or longer) 10min. David Breazeale (22min.) High Academic Standards: 2016-’17 Team GPA of 3.34 we can achieve higher! Academic All-State 6 consecutive years. Community involvement: (1/3 of the team put in over 20 hours of community service this year) Working with the handicapped. Mission work. Helping home-bound or shut-ins.

Summer Training Begins Monday, June GHS Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8– 9am Strength and GHS w/ Tully Chapman 9:15am – Plyometrics, Speed, Agility w/ Coach B. Tuesdays & Gtown. Tuesdays, HS Group report at 9am, on ice at 9:30am Thursdays, HS Group report at 8am, on ice at 8:30am Dates: 6/13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29, 7/11, 13 Cost: $200 made payable to The Lifetime Athlete, LLC. Payment due: June 2, 2017

8 On Ice Summer Clinic Ages, Structure and Focus Cost: $200.00
Open to all in-coming Freshman thru Seniors. Focus on individual skill development. Position specific. High Reps. Conceptual Small Area Games. High Tempo. Cost: $200.00

9 Summer Games Cost: Flat rate of $100 made payable to:
Cost of participation is about $100 regardless of which league. Players may be scheduled in one or both leagues. Our goal is to get each player 5-6 games for the summer. Tuesday Evenings: Summer Georgetown Arena Mostly prospects with returning varsity players mixed into line up. Thursday Evenings: Summer SS (for returning players and by invite only) Cost: Flat rate of $100 made payable to: Grandville Hockey Boosters. Payment due by June 30.

10 Skating Treadmill All-In-Stride – w /Carrie Kiel Cost
Instructed by Carrie Kiel, NTDP and USAH power-skating instructor. Tops in her field. 10 week program, Wednesdays 1-3pm. 10 slots available. Cost $25/skater = $ for entire session. Payment due June 1, 2017. Payable to: All-In-Stride.

Because none of you are born leaders and all of you can improve upon your perspective on life. Each of you should be driven to better yourselves not only on the ice but in your heart as well as your mind.
