Verify the integration configuration System and URL addresses should be resolvable Voic ports are established Verify the phone configuration Authentication URL is set properly Add an Application User The access account for Phone View interaction with the phones

Phone View Unity Connection Configuration
Verify your CallManager integration Setup Phone Applications Check "Enable Phone Applications" on the Phone System Basics page of the CallManager integration For CTI User and Password, use the previously entered CallManager Application User and Password information

To enable for Telephony User Interface (TUI) Edit the Phone Menu options of a User Enable "Finding Messages with Message Locator" and "Enable Visual Message Locator“ The default activation is 5 from the main menu To enable for Voice User Interface (VUI) Put the User into an appropriate Class of Service Turn on Voice Recognition Enable "Enable Visual Message Locator“ The default command is “show messages” from the main menu
