Compare your food servings with the recommended servings for the 4 main food groups. I should eat 2-3 servings milk ,cheese and yogurt group and 2-3 servings from the meat, fish and eggs group . I think my food servings were close . 3 servings from the food groups I think its good for my body .we have to have 3-5 servings like fruit and vegetable group and also bread and cereals group. My meals were 4 servings from the fruit and vegetable group and 11 servings from bread and cereals which is good for my body .But fat and sweet I think it gives me energy so I had 9 servings which a bit too much form me to have because its not good for the body to have this much . Finally, I have to be more careful about this . 2. Compare your % values with the recommended % values for protein, carbohydrates, and fats. We have to have 10-35% of protein and 45-65% of carbohydrates and 10-20% of fat in our daily meals . I had different percentage in my daily food. I had 65.5% of protein and158.5% of fat and 190.3% of carbohydrates which is too much and I know I have to take care of my body and I will try to decrease this amounts of fats and carbohydrates and have more fruits and vegetables 3. What diet changes should you make? (Mention fiber, types of protein, drinks, types of fat, etc.) I should and I must eat less fat and sweet and less carbohydrates and try to have more fruits and vegetables also I need more fiber . 4. Are you eating enough calories? How many calories should you be consuming daily? (see In the website it says that any female in the age between 19 and 30 should have calories per day . However, I eat 1969 calories a day. So I am in the safe side and I should keep my food balanced so I can have a good body weight and a healthy body.

Like the website recommended (any female between age 19 and 30 should have c/day) according to my age and weight in my nutrition diet contained 2195 as the website recommended me to have daily , so I can maintain my weight . In addition , the percentage of carbohydrates in my favorite diet was less than what recommended in the website which was about 38.9% in my favorite diet in my nutrition diet I decreased the amount to 38% which is not close to the recommended percentage , but I have a huge percentage of fat in my favorite diet which was about 48.5% so , I decreased the percentage of fat in my nutrition diet to 15.7% which is a huge difference near to what recommended in the website . 2. Discuss how you designed your nutritious diet (mention your ideal calorie number) Firstly , I looked up for food I like with a less amount of calories . Then , I tried stay away from the types of food that have too much fat and calories in it , and to go for food that has more fiber. Secondly, I choosed enough fruits and vegetables which I like to have in y daily meals and its good for my body health .
